I Found this Formula on the Internet. I assume this is adult formula. Please use your own judgement but it looks safe enough for adults.  I would NOT use this with children.  Again the Elderberry Syrup is best option for children under 12 years old. 3 Ibuprofen

1 Extra Strengh Tylenol

1 Glass of Water

Take all together with water every 5.5 hours. Rx like relief medication
